Back to the GYM





It's been awhile since the last time I went to the GYM! And after I realized that I gained more than five kilos, I had a panic attack and not knowing how to reduce those kilos my only aim is to reduce those kilos plus living a healthy life.
When I was in a trip with my friends last week I have noticed that my performance wasn't as I expected I was shocked how much I get tired easily and not being able to continue playing in the beach.  Which made them call me the Lazy A**, Believe me you will seem okay having this nickname but deep inside it feels awful. So time to stop whining and start doing!!
Therefore, I have made a commitment to get back to the GYM three times a week starting from this week, and we will check the result in July Second!! ( I am so excited)
There is an app JEFIT which my friend recommended to me that display the progress of your workout in addition it will provide you with some workouts that match your needs and based on you can schedule your time.




Getting from the one week vacation I had in Ras Al Khaima  UAE with my friends made me realize how much I value organized schedule (sleeping, eating,  and exercise , I know we were in vacation and defiantly our sleeping pattern will change but from now on I will be back to my organized schedule (work, GYM then Sleep).

Bikers Cafe Dubai










After spending one week in Dubai a good friend recommended this amazing cafe to us, and we went there.. The place was amazing and the food was tasty !! Defiantly I will make another stop which will take place in my next trip to Dubai :)
